This is just my humble opinions and your results may vary but here, in alphabetical order, is what I found when I did the PSA research recently:
A) Connect wise RMM (formerly LabTech) - We haven't use the platform and while it DOES look very good, I can't voice for it one way or another. The sales people were nice but as a small MSP, we do not get our own reps until we get to a certain monthly dollar threshold. They want big fish not little guppies.
B) Continuum - Continuum is our current RMM as we have YEARS of use of it and it already has a LOT of the scripts for doing things that we need. They also have had the same ownership for the last five years or so which shows stability. The only thing I DISLIKE is their Mac product support / RMM client sucks.
